WHO WE ARE

We are a community of teachers and parents who have come together to create an environment where children can learn and grow together in the classroom and on the land. Our curriculum follows the educational philosophy of Rudolf Steiner.

Set in Texas’ Hill Country, Living Oaks is nestled amongst Live Oak trees and bluebonnets on an inviting 10 acres.

We are guided by love and support our children on their journey of becoming themselves. By offering a rich and dynamic experiential program for the whole child, our goal is to satisfy a child’s innate eagerness and curiosity to explore the world without hurrying the natural process. Through the nourishing of imagination and exploration, our program encourages the development of each student’s thinking, feeling and willing capacities.
