Kitchen Program

FOOD for HEALTH

We prioritize serving organic, locally sourced (often harvested from our own garden!), and grass-fed meats obtained from neighboring ranches. We adhere to the principles of the Weston A. Price diet, offering children a wholesome array of foods including meats, vegetables, fruits, pickled veggies, soaked and sprouted grains, and locally sourced grains. It's important to note that our kitchen strictly abstains from using seed oils or white sugar in any of our recipes. We are committed to providing nutritious and nourishing meals that support the well-being of our students.

Let's embrace the wisdom of our ancestors and return to the roots of real, whole foods.

Before big agriculture and corporate giants took over our farms and stores, our diets were seasonal, local, and nutrient-dense. It's time to reclaim our health by adopting these ancient eating habits. Join us in this movement to restore wellness and vitality to our communities.

In our journey to change the way kids eat, we've witnessed the power of community support. From dedicated lunch providers to caring individuals of all ages, we've served up nutritious meals with a generous sprinkle of love. Through our efforts, we've seen firsthand how healthy eating correlates with improved learning outcomes. By educating parents and faculty about the effects of processed foods and sugar on glucose levels, we've empowered them to make informed choices for balanced, nutrient-rich nutrition. Together, we're laying the groundwork for a lifetime of health and well-being for our children.
