JESSICA TADLOCK

OFFICE MANAGER & MIDDLE SCHOOL MATH

Jessica was born and raised in Southern California, where her love for nature, rhythm, and community first took root. She studied Business Administration and spent over a decade serving small businesses and municipalities in administration, human resources, and accounting. As Senior Secretary for a Los Angeles County city, she managed multi-million-dollar budgets, prepared detailed reports for the Planning Commission and City Council, and oversaw key departmental HR functions.

Jessica’s journey into Waldorf education began when her daughter was a toddler. After relocating just outside of Toronto, her family discovered a nurturing Waldorf school community that deeply resonated with her values. This experience sparked a meaningful path of study, including Waldorf workshops, classes, and study groups. A devoted parent and lifelong learner, Jessica has been an active presence in every school her children have attended, often stepping in as a substitute teacher or assistant when needed.

Since moving to Texas in 2018, Jessica has remained committed to Waldorf principles—volunteering in classrooms, participating in a homeschool co-op grounded in Waldorf pedagogy and medical freedom, and homeschooling using Waldorf resources.

Jessica brings a calm, organized and detailed oriented presence, a reverence for the unfolding of childhood, and a heartfelt dedication to nurturing families and communities. She has been with Living Oaks since its conception and is honored to be part of the Living Oaks community and is excited to support its continued growth and vision.
